Shipping:
We do not profit from posting and packing fees. The fee you are charged at checkout is based on the items weight and package size.
We use the delivery service selected by our customers at checkout for all our orders.
All Europe and International orders are also sent by the delivery service selected by the customer, but we recommend choosing Royal Mail Recorded or Special Delivery, as they are fully tracked with signature required on delivery.
Orders to the UK will take 1-3 business days at the current royal mail price at the time of purchase, and free of charge when you spend over £80, or live within the London Borough of Haringey.
Orders to the European Union will take 2-11 business days.
Orders Worldwide will take 3-17 business days.
We will deliver items to the billing address. If for any reason you need the item to go to a different delivery address, please email us at Hello@PLASTIQUEbysian.com after you have made payment so we can arrange this for you.
‘PASTIQUE By Sian’ cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the postal service or customs checks. We hold no responsibility over the parcel once it has been posted. Any customs changes are the sole responsibility of the customer.
All items in the online shop listed in stock are ready for delivery withing 1-2 working days.

Returns and Refunds:
We hope you will be very happy with your purchase. We make every single piece with love and care. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange or credit note within 14 days of purchase.
Alternatively, we will refund a purchase made via our online store within 14 days of your order receipt. This includes earrings. The items should be unworn, in perfect condition and returned in its original packaging. Please contact us at Hello@PLASTIQUEbysian.com for further details.
The customer is responsible for paying the return postage charge. We are unable to take responsibility for any items returned to us so we recommend you use an insured delivery service.
Please note, the cost of shipping is non-refundable. Where your order qualifies for free shipping, we will take the cost of shipping before a refund is issued. To avoid fraud, the refund will be issued by the same method which you paid.
Based on the contracts and relationships we have with our vendors, the merchandise sold on our site is intended for personal use only and not for resale. We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear to be for resale purposes or fraudulent.
Purchases exempt from both the refund and exchange policies, unless they are structurally faulty, are:
- Commissioned, redesigned or repurpose pieces
- Customised pieces
- Discounted products
If you are not based in the UK and would like to return an item, please note that a customs declaration form will be required on shipping. The goods will need to be correctly detailed as ‘RETURNED BRITISH GOODS’ in order to ensure that no additional customs fees are incurred on re-import to the UK. In the instance that an item is incorrectly marked and a customs fee is incurred, this may be passed onto the customer and may also delay the returns process.
